Looking for a fun and energizing way to start your Sunday? Join us for the ultimate Kangoo Jumps workout led by the amazing Jumpfit Instructor Tamara – and stick around after for a delicious brunch with breathtaking views of Lake Zurich!
What’s Kangoo Jumps?
It’s a dynamic rebounding workout where you wear special spring-loaded boots that absorb impact, making it easy on the joints while delivering a high-intensity cardio session. You'll bounce, move to the beat, and sweat it out in a fun, low-impact way – perfect for all fitness levels.
Kangoo Jumps shoes will be provided – please let us know your shoe size when signing up.
Also, be sure to wear sports socks that go above the ankle for the best fit and comfort.
And after the workout...
We’ll enjoy a refreshing beverage from Fitline and we’ll reward ourselves with a well-deserved brunch at Lake Side Restaurant, complete with gourmet treats and a stunning lakeside view.
