Nestled inside the iconic Baur au Lac, Baur’s is a sophisticated and stylish restaurant that brings a modern twist to the traditional brasserie. With its world-renowned art collection and timeless ambiance, this space is both elegant and inviting.
For one night only, Baur’s is opening its doors just for us – and you won’t want to miss it!

A glass of champagne & Three-course dinner
6:30 PM – Arrival & Welcome Toast with a glass of Champagne
7:00 PM – Let’s dine! Enjoy a seasonal three-course dinner (menu options below)
9:00 PM – Midnight – Dance the night away with DJ Candela’s signature beats
DINNER MENU
Starter:
Summer salad, Watermelon, fresh goat's cheese and raspberry vinaigrette(no cheese for vegans)
Main Course (choose one):
Sea bass, artichokes, olives (FISH)
Or
Agnolotti with aubergines, tomato and pepper coulis(VEGAN)
Or
Chicken breast, jus, ratatouille with olives and roasted broccoletti (CHICKEN)
Dessert:
Almond and apricot mousse.
VERY IMPORTANT
Please choose your main dish at the moment of the booking or send me an email with your selection (FISH, VEGAN OR CHICKEN)
Please note that you may be sitting at the same table with other guests. If you'd like to sit with someone specific, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event starts.
Last minute table arrangements are not possible.
I kindly ask you to be there on time. The dinner party will end at midnight.
